Westin, a luxury resort in Hawaii, is bringing its own take on sushi and Japanese cuisine to Waileak, Hawaii’s second-largest city.
Westin’s chef, Kenji Kawamura, has taken on a new direction with the restaurant.
He’s now cooking in a traditional Japanese style, including karaoke.
Westins original menu is still available at the restaurant, and it includes a full list of Japanese restaurants, which include Nobu, Sushi Momo, and Tofu.
If you’re looking for a new sushi spot, Westins sushi chefs have been in the Hawaii restaurant business for about 15 years, according to The Wall St Journal.
They have locations in San Diego, Seattle, and Portland, Ore.
It will be Westin’s third restaurant in Hawaii.
Kawamura said the restaurant has also grown since it opened.
It now has five locations in Hawaii and a dozen other restaurants worldwide.
